HAROLD C FUNK THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS NOVEMBER 21 TO 24,2005 205 GLADSTONE AVE APT 46 OUT ON MONDAY-FRIDAY TEL(613) 235-0617 OTTAWA,COMMENT:http://thevoiceless.blogspot.com FAX(613)235-5573 ONTARIO K2P OY5 http://www.thebeatonthestreet.ottawa.on.ca DEAR HEAD OF NATION http://politheft.blogspot.com KLEPTOCRACY TALK: KLEPTOCRACY DEFN: (1) AN ORGANIZED GROUP OF KLEPTOMANIACS. KLEPTOMANIA: DEFN:(1) AN IRRESISTABLE IMPULSE TO STEAL, ESPECIALLY IN THE ABSENCE OF ECONOMIC MOTIVE.
THE FOLLOWING LETTER HAS BEEN SENT OUT TO JUDGE GOMERY, ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND TREASURY BOARD OF CANADA.
DEAR CIVIL SERVANTS.
THANK YOU FOR THE LETTER OF NOV 8/05 FROM SHEILA-MARIE COOK ON BEHALF OF JUDGE GOMERY AND THE LETTER FROM DENISE BRENNAN OF TREASURY BOARD AND FROM RAYMOND BELLEAU ON BEHALF OF THE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER OF CANADA. (I HAVE APPEALED TO THE COMMISSIONER TO REVISIT THE CORRUPT ACTIVITIES OF THE LIBERAL GOVERNMENT OF CANADA FORMERLY HEADED BY PRIME MINISTER JEAN CHRETIEN AND NOW BY PRIME MINISTER PAUL MARTIN.) I ATTACH COPIES OF THESE LETTERS FOR YOUR INFORMATION. FOR THE PUBLICS INFORMATION I AM POSTING THESE LETTERS IN LETTER NO:789 ON THE INTERNET http://thevoiceless.blogspot.com. BASICALLY I HAVE REQUESTED ALL NAMES OF MINISTERS TOGETHER WITH MINUTES OF MEETINGS IN DEPARTMENTS AND MONEYS APPROVED EACH YEAR FROM 1994 TO 2005 TOGETHER WITH SPENDING BUDGETS FOR POLLING, ADVERTISING /COMMUNICATIONS FOR BETWEEN 250 MILLION TO 1 BILLION.
THE TREASURY IS WHERE ALL THE MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM WITH THE APPROVAL OF THESE MINISTERS OR PRIME MINISTERS WHO WERE ALL AT THE TREASURY BOARD MEETINGS WHERE THE THEFT WAS APPROVED. I HAVE REQUESTED THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT OF JUSTICE TO BRING CHARGES FOR THEFT OF TAX PAYERS ASSETS WHICH IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. SEE LETTERS 785/780. PRIME MINISTER PAUL MARTINS FINANCE MINISTER JUST PULLED $11 BILLION OUT OF THE
HAT LIKE MAGIC. HOW MUCH MORE IS IN THE HAT AND IN OFFSHORE BANK ACCOUNTS SINCE PERVERT PRIME MINISTER TRUDEAU TOOK OFFICE. CANADA WAS DEBT FREE AT THAT TIME. THE TREASURY BOARD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SIGNING OFF ON ALL MONEYS COLLECTED AND DISBURSED BY THE GOVERNMENT. IN THE COMPUTER AGE MONEY CAN BE TRANSFERRED IN 1 SECOND EITHER IN OR OUT OF CANADAS BANK ACCOUNT WHERE EVER THEY ARE/IT MAY BE IN SECRET BANK ACCOUNTS OFFSHORE. CANADIANS REQUIRE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO BE LEGALLY LIABLE FOR MONEYS COMING IN AND GOING OUT SO CANADIANS KNOW MONTHLY THEIR FINANCIAL POSITION.
NO MORE PULLING $11 BILLION OUT OF THE MAGIC HAT.
THE TREASURY BOARD AND MINISTERS AND CORPORATIONS PLAYED ACCOUNTING GAMES TO HIDE THE THEFT FOR VOTE BUYING IN QUEBEC. THE LIBERAL PRIME MINISTER PAUL MARTIN IS NOW SPENDING BILLIONS TO BUY OUR VOTES IN AN UP COMING ELECTION AS THEY HAVE DONE FOR 60 YEARS BUT THIS TIME THEY SHALL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERY CENT. WE ARE NOW A SAME SEX NATION & STRAIGHT CANADIANS WANT AN ACCOUNTING OF WHERE THE PERVERTS SPENT OUR HARD EARNED MONEY FROM THE TIME PERVERT TRUDEAU TOOK OFFICE.
THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA IS A KLEPTOCRACY FULL OF KLEPTOMANIACS AND THEIR SCHEMES TO STEAL TAX MONEY. TEAR DOWN THE SAME SEX KLEPTOCRACY PARLIAMENT OF CANADA. CANADIANS DO NOT WANT TO BE GOVERNED BY HOMOSEXAUL AND LESBIAN PERVERTS AND KLEPTOMANIACS. I SHALL EXPECT THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND TREASURY BOARD REPORT BY DECEMBER 15,2005. THE REPORTS WILL MAKE FINE READING FOR CANADIANS.
